We understand… the principles of a successful and diverse community landscape design and apply that knowledge to our landscape maintenance program. Every planned and revitalized community started with a design and purpose in mind. We understand the difficulties communities experience during the maturation of that plan.  How should this look? Why is this tree growing this way?  Why are our rose plants dying?  Why does the turf here look different than other parts of the community? Due to the staged building of the community, different sections of the community are at various stages of plant development. Getting to know the property and understanding the goals and objectives of the management is the first order of business.  Working with property management, we will develop and implement an action plan to manage the maturing of your community from a design and horticultural perspective.

We pay attention to DETAIL… From a landscape maintenance standpoint; “the devil is in the details”. It starts with establishing organized and precise details in the landscape. These details involve slope and grade management, proper pruning techniques, defined bed edging and maintaining a fabulous turf throughout the property.  The assigned management and production team will be trained according to the specification and expectations of your community.

Our team will work closely with the property management staff to monitor production schedules, review and evaluate site reports and implement action plans accordingly. We will invest ourselves in the community’s landscape to ‘maintain’ the property as specified, and we will afford the additional time needed to attend to the ‘details’, over and above, to ensure the highest level of service the community is entitled.
